Last updated: June 7, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of puzzlebaddie, including partner accounts, embedded puzzles, APIs, websites, media links, and related services. It is incorporated into Our Terms and Conditions.

Customer Responsibility

Partners are solely responsible for all content, media, websites, products, services, and end-user interactions associated with their use of the Service. puzzlebaddie does not sell, host, distribute, moderate, endorse, or process payments for Partner Content, Partner websites, or Partner products and services.

Partners must comply with all applicable laws, payment network rules, age-verification requirements, intellectual property laws, privacy laws, consumer protection laws, and any industry-specific regulations that apply to their business.

Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not use the Service with, or in support of, content or activity that:

Regulated and Higher-Risk Uses

Some industries and use cases require manual review before activation. Examples include adult-oriented content, gambling, sweepstakes, cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, financial services, healthcare, political activity, high-risk marketplaces, and other regulated or reputation-sensitive categories.

Manual review does not mean a category is approved. We may request additional information, require configuration changes, restrict features, decline activation, or suspend service if a use case creates legal, payment-processing, security, reputational, or operational risk.

Age-Gating and Compliance

If Your business or content is subject to age restrictions or age-verification obligations, You are responsible for implementing and maintaining those controls before using the Service. You must not use the Service to bypass or weaken required age gates, consent flows, notices, or other compliance mechanisms.

Rights and Takedowns

You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and legal authority needed for media, pages, links, metadata, and other content used with the Service. You are responsible for responding to disputes, takedown requests, end-user complaints, and regulatory inquiries about Your content or business.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may reject, suspend, disable, throttle, block, remove access to, or terminate any account, integration, content access, or use case at any time if We believe this policy has been violated or continued service creates legal, payment-processing, security, reputational, or operational risk.
